Terms and Conditions


Note: The following Terms and Conditions are presented as general guidelines associated with this document and do not modify, replace, or prevail over the obligations established in the service agreement or contract previously signed between the parties, which shall continue to govern in the event of any discrepancy.


1. Scope of the Brief

The brief provided by the client constitutes the reference basis for the development of the project. Any subsequent modification, adjustment, or expansion must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.

2. Information Validation

The client guarantees that all information, materials, and content included in the brief are accurate, complete, and free of third-party rights. The company shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Deadlines and Deliverables

Execution timelines shall begin upon the formal receipt of the brief and the company’s confirmation of acceptance. Any delay in providing additional information requested from the client may affect the agreed delivery timelines.

4. Responsibility and Limitations

The company agrees to use its best efforts to achieve the objectives defined in the brief; however, this does not constitute an obligation to guarantee specific results. The company shall not be responsible for any improper use of the deliverables by the client or for third-party claims arising from such use.

5. Payment Terms

Fees and payment conditions shall be established in the commercial proposal associated with the brief. In the event of payment delays, the company may suspend the execution of services until the situation is regularized.

6. Confidentiality

All information contained in the brief shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the execution of the project. The obligation of confidentiality shall remain in effect even after the termination of the contract.
